We keep this simple. The only information we collect is what you choose to send us through our contact and free-estimate form, and we use it to get back to you.

This policy explains what Magani Stone & Surfaces collects when you reach out to us online, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not run an online store or user accounts. If you only call us by phone, this policy still tells you how we treat the details you share.

That is your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about the work, such as the room, material, and timeline. We do not ask for sensitive information, and you should not send payment details through the form.

We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your estimate request and contact you about your project. That means we may call, text, or email you to answer questions, schedule a free in-home measurement, or send you an estimate. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not send promotional blasts.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the service providers that help us deliver and host this website and reply to you, and only so they can do that work for us.

Third-party services

We rely on a few trusted providers to run the site and handle your message:

  • Email delivery (Web3Forms): when you submit the form, the details are sent to our inbox through Web3Forms so we receive your request.
  • Website hosting (Vercel): our site is hosted on Vercel, which processes the normal request data needed to serve the pages.
  • Basic analytics: we use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs. This is aggregate traffic data, not a profile of you.

Each of these providers handles data under their own terms and security practices. We share only what they need to do their job.

How long we keep it

We keep your form submissions and our related emails for as long as we may reasonably need them to serve you, follow up on a project, and keep ordinary business records. When we no longer need them, we delete them. If you would like us to remove your information sooner, just ask and we will take care of it.
